Working out of my home allows us to keep expenses down. Having low Overhead means we have some of the best pricing in town due to us not needing to pay for things like "Rent, Secondary Utilities, & more". Working from home also means we have the ability to offer 24/7 Emergency support without having to hire additional employees thus saving money. If we provided a business location then we would need to hire staff, Pay additional fees and have to increase the costs for our services & parts.
Due to us being a small family run company we provide a much more caring and personalized level of care for all your devices. We care about all our clients. We provide a better quality repairs & amazing in-house warranty services.
We are able to offer the best pricing because we have extremely low over-head and we have competitive suppliers for parts.
We do charge a basic diagnostic fee but this fee is waived with a purchase of a service and/or product.
We do have a hourly or per service charge for in-home/on-site services.
No, All problems require professional diagnostics for the best quality repairs. If we provided free repair tutorials we would not be able to provide for our family's or communities.
Once a part is ordered we always provide a ETA for arrival and keep our customers informed. Typically we try to have the parts within 2 or 3 days maximum but in extreme cases can take longer depending on the rarity and source of the parts.
To inquire if your new parts have arrived please reach out to us via Email or call us and we can check the order status. Please note, Once parts have been received we try to contact the customer imminently.
Per our company policy we will make every attempt to contact the customer, If the client does not pick-up the device within 3 months the device legally becomes property of CVN computers and we will sanitize and resell the device or E-Waste depending on applicable value.
I do not repair mobile phones or tablets currently but are looking into it as a service offering in the near future. Please follow our social media for updates regarding this. We do repair Apple Products, Surface Pros & other devices that other people do not repair.
We can not recover accounts that you do not have access to, Please reach out to the Provider of the account directly as we are not hackers.
